Who is Jeff Bruss and why would I care? You seem to "know" too much about what you "claim" is going on. I suspect you are probably a shorter yourself, trying to push this stock down to cover your position, it does not seem to be happening, my condolences to you! It would in fact be possible, that there is no free trading stock in this deal left, if you check the 8K there was not much stock around to begin with, I can thus easily understand how a shorter like yourself would be squirming at this critical period ( before the company initiates buy-ins etc.), I like this company and the industry, I could be wrong though, lord knows I have had my share of losers...But I'm in it to win it...
