Paul, do you think he has the management depth in his organization to
achieve that kind of growth? Is this a one man show or a solid organization with a dynamic leader? You do not want to be investing in a billion dollar company that would fall apart if one guy gets hit by a truck. (On that score, I find the reduced need for further acquisitions appealing - internal growth is easier to manage.)

On another front, DIIG got the IBM plant, SLR got the NCR business.
Does not being a domestic company handicap them in getting these opportunities to pick up large chunks of US plants or business. I would guess it might, which could mean that they are not in the top tier as far as this US mfr divestment growth element is concerned. What do you think? If you agree, would that make it of value to develop a more imposing US presence through acquisition of someone (like ACTM, for geographic expansion and additional capacity).
