In the disbarment trial of Trump's attorney John Eastman, IT expert Garland Favorito, he's discussing how his VoterGA identified counterfeit ballots. He said they found mail-in ballots in Fulton County that weren’t folded from being mailed, didn't use a regular writing instrument (sounded like he meant it was filled out electronically), not the correct paper stock, and dozens of ballots in a row were voted the same way. He brought a lawsuit, but the judge said they didn’t have standing to proceed. Fulton County hired criminal defense attorneys. He said it was strange the judge didn’t rule they had standing until a couple of months into it. He said they can't prove something if denied a right unjustly by a judge. The Georgia Supreme Court reversed and ruled unanimously that VoterGA had standing.
