Garry, I got a "Investment Scam Junk Mailer" (I call it this, because it is a 20-page type advertisement meant to whet your whistle to buy their newsletter -- scam) recently. This Schmoe was calling for Oil to rise to $50 a barrell in the near future because demand would quickly outweigh supply!! I believe he's nuts ... putting it lightly. I see Ike's Oil targets and can't see oil much below $14 a barrell. Would love to know the relative off-shore cost per bbl, as well as the on-shore american cost per bbl. and Alaska cost per bbl. I can't see us allowing our own internal suppliers to be hurt. Something (what I do not know ... war of some nature) will be done to preserve our home-based suppliers. Please post if you have knowledge of these relative average prices. Getcher
