Summer of‘23 SPX Diamond Update- Last Thursday’s close jammed right into the upper right line of the diamond, then abruptly stopped and turned south. As usual with diamond patterns of late, a fake downside break must be delivered, before the genuine directional move occurs. The fakey breaky was delivered at Friday’s close through today’s open, and now we have a recovery attempt underway. The expectation is still for a move to the 4779 upside reversal target of this pattern by the end of November.
