Doug thanks so much for the historical perspective of 1987. It is worth remembering where Barton was at that time and has been. How much does this man make a year? Barton's ideas can be found in the Barron's "Roundtable" where he pitches a quite equivocal boost for Asia. I had read these thoughts then came across the ideas he just expressed. It seems to me he is an erratically fuctioning hot water faucet. The market has no history. It is good you remind us that history does, in fact, exist. Thanks again. NB I do enjoy your posts Doug and months ago I "bookmarked" your name on my index.
