Jess,
The key numbers for MDCO for short term plays:

First support at close - 16 7/8 - 17
Next support - down at 13 1/2 -14 (52 wk low).

It needs to close above 20 to get out of the current trading range.

If it is trading range bound, you have the 15% swing you can play.

As to short interest, I don't pay heavy attention to that in the drillers, in particular MDCO. There are too many people trading them both short and long for trading range play and those short number can change quite a bit from week to week. Good luck.

ps: what broker do you use to trade in Hong Kong?

Papaya - the guy on NBR on Friday is good and is a typical trading guru that makes obscene amount of money in the drillers last year playing both long and short at different times. Check out his website at vrsurvey.com.

By the way, SE Asia closed lower on most count. Anyone has North Sea Brent quote today?

Regarding Bill - this man has so much stress a few quick thrills in the White house is actually therapeutic - at least his wife agrees. Did Bush also try similar medicine during his years? Guess you guys should know. JFK definitely knew. Disclaimer: this is not meant to encourage anybody, including Big Dog, to take this medicine on first sign of stress.
