I notice that the government site for EDGAR is still not showing the latest 10-Q. (Perhaps because it is a holiday today.) It normally takes 24 hours for these reports to be listed after they have been filed. If you do not have real time service for EDGAR (which some costs money) there is a free real-time site for EDGAR.

It is under the CRTM symbol and Curtis Mathes name, not the new stuff. Click on the company filings, then the latest 10-Q report then click on the "body" link on the left hand side of the screen for the full report. I did e-mail Neal Friday about what name the 10-Q would be under.

He said, "As per which name and or symbol...we asked the EDGAR team the same question. When you file, there is a 'new information' section you fill out for name changes, tax ID number changes, etc.. The EDGAR computers are supposed to scan for this information and make the necessary corrections. Therefore, according to EDGAR personnel, we should be under the new name. There is also supposed to be a cross reference between CRTM and UVEW for historical information."

Obviously EDGAR did not cross reference the names.
