Wharfie,
And yet somehow, there's a fuel shortage.
That's due to overall production cuts on the part of RuZZia.

RuZZia and the PooTin cucks, of course, are spinning the facts and claiming that those cuts were "voluntary." But this article from two weeks ago already debunks the Bullshishka:

OPEC And Russia Didn’t Keep Oil Production Cuts To Raise Prices (forbes.com)

The truth is that sanctions are having a hell of an effect on oil production. The RuZZians can't maintain their production facilities. They were heavily reliant on foreign firms to do their maintenance and provide equipment, but that's mostly gone now. China, North Korea, and India are unable to fill the void, it seems.

Now that Ukraine continues ramping up strikes on RuZZian infrastructure, RuZZia will be even more strained in their resources.

Still, the fuel shortages within RuZZia is a surprise to me. Even with the production cuts, I always thought RuZZia produced much more oil and refined oil products than what their population (and their military) needed.

It can't be explained away by an increase in exports, because overall RuZZian oil exports are still way down from last year.

Looks like the Ukrainian gamble is working. By switching their counterattack strategy to one of attrition, they were betting on the collapse of the RuZZian economy, which in turn would cause major political fallout.
