Insiders are always aware of whats going on....but 1/2 million shares in 3 days on this stock is pretty good volume....just look at a chart. Mathers is in too deep...not to mention their fine track record of finding winners. As for management....selling would not only create a loss, it might put an end to the gravy train salaries they've been paying themselves. If insiders bail the price plummets...not that it has that far to go....but a salary is better than no salary at all.(just ask Johnny) I'd be more interested in knowing how they intend to pay the notes and if the line of credit is still available. RP will have to do some phenomenal talking Tuesday....but will anyone believe him. You can only cry wolf so long. They need a home run and then it's still a wait and see attitude from a lot of investors....except for the bottom fishers. Putting everything into last quarters losses does raise some questions. WHY? If they want to save a sinking ship I don't think they would have done it. So it's a wait and see game. You have to be careful with software stocks...especially utility software...it's a very competitive business.
