No it is not me, had it been me, I might have titled the article "Russia informs BRICS+ High Council that the Time for Military-Alliance Phase-Change is nigh, as Russian Forces captured German Leopard II with Regular German Army Crew Sporting Iron Cross Insignia and Wehrmacht Patch, and Radio Frequency tuned to Nato Command in Brussels"

Certainly looking like the Russians info-ed at least the Indians and Chinese. All Team Russia needs to do is to capture a UK Chieftain and a Japanese Type 90 tank with historically familiar crew and patching, then we are good-to-go-go-go, am guessing.
The badly wounded German tank crew member said he was regular army, not commercial soldier (perhaps because the commercial types can be executed immediately). Also noted was the rest of the dead crew were German regulars.
Here be latest Chinese language reporting the same as the Indian press noted, and yes, serious escalation ...
But, as in however, the entire narrative might be Ann exaggeration, in that the German crew might be volunteers, mercenaries, or German-speaking Ukrainians, or Ukrainians.
