Here is the name and address of the firm handling Sapiens law suit litigation: Heffler, Radetich & Saitta L.L.P. P.O. Box 230 Philadelphia, PA 19105 (215)665-8870 According to these guys the judge assigned to the case will make the decision by the end of April 1998 on how the $8.5 judgement is going to be distributed among all plaintiffs (i.e. all investors who bought the shares of SPNSF between 1993 and 1/1995). When you call you need to tell them you are calling in regard to Sapiens Securities litigation. Usually they send you to someone and you have to leave a message for them. But they never get back to you (they seem to always be very busy handling other cases)! But if you insist you need to talk to someone in person they will respond to you properly! I have two names who were assigned to the case (from last year) but dont know if they are still handling the Sapiens case anymore or not: Bill Markwood, and/or Dan Galoger. If anyone calls and finds out anything new I'll appreciate it to share it with the rest of us. Regards, Addi Jamshidi
