Sammy, When you become a customer of your local ISP (Internet Service Provider) They will give you an E-Mail address. Ask your local friends to recommend an ISP for your best local service. You will use either MS-Explorer or Netscape to access your ISP. Allow a month of overlap using both AOL and your ISP. During that time send out address changes to everyone that you want to maintain contact with. Your AOL address will die when you quit AOL.
