Public hanging is not lynching. Do they really teach the English language in Canada? In any case, trump is right. In days gone by public hanging was then law of the land for treason. "Donald Trump, on his social-media network, Truth Social, wrote that Mark Milley’s phone call to reassure China in the aftermath of the storming of the Capitol on January 6, 2021, was “an act so egregious that,in times gone by, the punishment would have been DEATH.” But Dems don't believe any crime should be punished. That's why Schiff and Menendez still have their jobs despite stealing millions. The only "crime" Dems believe should punished is calling out their BS.
