"Quidel has always viewed its employees as liabilities, rather than assets. There is an enormous turn-over rate due to poor management and bad (some would even say highly unethical) business practices. From the top executives on down to the lowliest workers, job dissatisfaction and is a recurring theme when resignations are turned in. Quidel's stock is exactly where it should be."
