Exact H&S target was 4257.90. The index has reached 4265.98 thus far, or 8.08 shy of the target for reversal. Still a reasonable chance target is seen today into the close. A bottom tick close near 4257.90 would be pretty exciting spot to re-enter longs. But 8.08 is close enough after a 341 point slide.

4:06pm edit: Since it bounced into the close 7.5 off the low, market may give one final premium entry point tomorrow a.m. on a gap down opening near 4257.90.
