the correct rate of tax is ... well ... now that I think about it ... zero, nought, goose egg, zilch, bubcus, zip, -0-; a rate that should be quite anti-inflationary, especially when accompanied by 10% deposit rate and 10% dividend rate; higher better, and longer locked-in term more ideal.

Given Freedom HK's peculiarities, zero is what I am used to as long as I am dealing with proper counterparties that be publicly-listed and properly structured private companies, or licensed banks and brokers, which I do.
