Peggy, You can get book value from recent report issued by SMCI (Feb. 6,'98). Shareholder Equity - $85,760,000. Current number of shs- 12,877,000. Thus, Shareholder Equity - $6.66/sh. The CFO was conservative. S&P didn't factor in the money from the IPO. Karl
