Tom....
When one company purchases another for more than the market price of that company they have to charge the extra price they pay to Goodwill. Then they have to amortize that goodwill. I think the reason that their D&A expense was so low in December is that might of been the last of the Amortization from their recent purchase. (not completely sure on that)

Also I was a little confused as to why they have to reverse split to get listed on the NASDAQ national market system. I thought they were already on it. It turns out that after looking for VINF's quote in the Wall Street Journal, I found it listed under the NASDAQ "Small Cap Issues" and not under the national market system. So as they said in their press release, a listing there should give them more exposure and thus more trading. I know a reverse split isn't always a very good sign and this one might not be one either, but this management has taken this company from the brink of bankruptcy last Feb. to a $4.50 stock with good future earning prospects.

Remember last year at this time we were trading for $0.35 and almost out of business. I didn't get in at the low, but I did add to my position at $0.75 and that only averaged me down to $2.50. I must say I'm pleasantly surprised at what has happened since and I'm in for the long haul now.

Good luck to all and go Vista.
