MJZ,

No doubt about it, the CardCall acquisition was a great coup for DCI. It has been and will be the spring board for further profitable M&A's as you pointed out. I realize the current CardCallers executives are responsible for the closing of the recent M&A's. I don't believe my post said anything to the contrary. I merely pointed out that IMO there were minority CardCaller share holders who received shares of DCI who do not wish to retain the stock. At no time did I indicate these individuals are current executives. It is a fact that after these shares were issued we began to see large blocks being liquidated through a Canadian broker. It might be a coincidence, it might not. Regardless, they have a right to do as they please and the reason for my post was not to lay blame but to answer previous posts as to why the stock price was not going up on all the good news and who might be selling. I agree with you and Colin in that there are other sellers out there. If you look at the trading volume for January you will see the enormous amount of shares that changed hands.
IMO many of these were picked up by short termers who expected to double their money in a few days as evidenced by all the new posters on this thread in December and January. As the recent selling picked up, the number of different posters dropped.

As you stated, "as the assets, revenues and profits grow so will the stock price." Nobody questions that statement. Now is the time to be patient. Keep up the good work and we look forward to your next M&A

Best Regards
