INTU just the soup of the day for cash to raise income while some ETFs and CEFs seem bargains.
VNQ currently down 8% YTD and about 15% off its 10 year average. XLU down over 13% YTD and roughly
22% below its 10 year average. Thinking the gap from the S&P will be closing by end of 2024 if not
before, and getting paid to wait.
