Re EPEX: Thought I'd respond since EPEX is in my database as well. It had a short cover signal late Jan then a subsequent rise. Right now it looks more poised to go back to 10.5 before it goes to 20. For what its worth I got a short cover signal on the whole Oil sector on 2/14
