By the time Rob left Microsoft, Word was the number one word processor. Microsoft Word is really one of the most important and first Microsoft applications wins. When Microsoft won the word processing war it really was because the product was so much better than the competition and not just because it was a Microsoft product.

RealPresenter Plug-in for use with Microsoft PowerPoint 97
The RealPresenter Plug-in will, for the first time, allow users to stream audio narrated PowerPoint 97 presentations over the Internet or corporate Intranets that can be viewed worldwide on Windows, Macintosh, and UNIX RealPlayer 5.0 clients. The RealPresenter Plug-in enables users to convert PowerPoint presentations to RealVideo(R) and send them as attachments to email or stream them off a Web server or a RealNetworks RealServer(TM).
RealPublisher 5.1
RealPublisher is a streaming media tool which provides one-click publishing of streaming RealAudio(R) and RealVideo to any ISP personal page, Web server or RealServer. New wizards make creating and publishing streaming enabled Web pages easier than ever before. RealPublisher 5.1 enables users to attach compressed RealAudio and RealVideo files to email, allowing anyone with a multimedia device such as a sound card, VCR or video camera to get their message out with ease. The RealPublisher includes functionality for advanced users such as live broadcasting to RealServers and the ability to provide bandwidth negotiated files which can deliver content optimized for users at different connection speeds.
RealPublisher Plug-in for use with Adobe Premiere
The RealPublisher Premiere Plug-in for use with Adobe Premiere, enables users to create and publish streaming RealAudio and RealVideo content from within Adobe Premiere. New features include advanced authoring capabilities and a preview mode allowing video editors to view Web pages created by the HTML Wizard and listen to or view embedded content.
