Hi Jim! Hope everyone got lots of chocolate for Valentine's day! All indications are RIBS will not impact the bottom line until the second half of 98. Individual Investor's earnings projections rely heavily on this product so you're probably right about the time frame for profitability. As a long termer any time sales increase and losses decrease, I'm encouraged!! What's your take on the Beacon situation? SatCon and Duquesne have a manufacturing facility lined up and $10 million in conditional orders for the flywheel UPS systems. Could provide an upside surprise when actual production begins! Duquesne didn't pony up $5 million for nothing. Then there's the conversion of ownership into preferred stock. Setting up for a spin-off but WHEN? Individual Investor also thinks there could be a significant contract from one of the Big Three for the PEBB modules. EDGAR's got the latest proxy statement online. Annual reports were supposed to be mailed February 11. Haven't gotten mine yet. Please tell me when you get yours, Jim. Maybe they'll have another juicy one line tidbit like the RIBS statement last year! Waiting for the tech notes and articles portion of SatCon's web site to finish construction. Should make for interesting reading!! Still spinning!! Cabrina
