Rick, got the packet today. Here is the info you wanted, I think. First of all these are audited financial for 1996, and 1997, with the year ending June 30th. I am assuming that the "Weighted Average Number of Common Shares Outstanding" is what you want. I am not sure what the weighted part means. For 1996 it was 6,000,000, for 1997 it was 8,894,100. Effective float is 2.5 million shares (I got this number from another place in the packet). Their EPS for 1996 was (.06), and for 1997 it was (.09). I was told that this year they expect to be profitable. There is nothing in the packet that explains the drop in share price, and what management plans to do about it. A call to Mike is probably your best bet.

BTW the packet was great, the financial statements are audited, and are 16 pages long. I found the packet pretty informative.
