Under use of proceeds in recent underwriting approximately $5 million is for marketing expenses substantially all of which will be expended on advertising with AOL. As of Jan 23,1998, $1,750,000 had been expensed since OCT 3,1997. It looks to me like all the eggs in one basket and they are obviously de-emphasing the CDN site. I think cybermall is nonexistant at this time. Agree, you have to watch the prices but I am about to make my third purchase on CDN site and feel the prices I paid were reasonable to very good. I also have noticed pick up in activity on US site and agree there is a lot going unbid. Learning curve I expect. Well we all know its a spec. stock and that's what the market is telling.
However, we are only into third or fourth auction with the high profile AOL promotion so time will tell, here's hoping it will tell us good numbers by the end of the first quarter.
