If that's true, then that should be great news for the stock. Instead neither news nor earnings seem to be able to move it. That's scary. Perhaps the perception that the settlement is out there has taken a toll on the price?

P.S. Had Addi not pursued this issue even after being urged to stop, perhaps it would have been some time before investors here on SI were informed of this.
