CAPR: Was making nice headway. From their Aug. 7 call: "Based on our current operating plan, the company's cash position is expected to be sufficient to support operations through the third quarter of 2024. I would like to note that this expectation excludes any additional potential milestone payments under our exclusive commercialization and distribution agreements with Nippon Shinyaku that may become due, which would extend our cash runway."

Then Friday: Capricor Therapeutics shares were down 41% to $3.44 Friday after the company entered into definitive agreements with commercial partner Nippon Shinyaku and funds associated with Highbridge Capital Management for the issuance and sale of 4.9 million shares in a registered direct offering.

Each share offered was sold with a warrant to buy one share at an exercise price of $5.70 a share.
Each warrant will be exercisable beginning six months after issuance and will expire seven years from the date of issuance. The combined offering price per share and accompanying warrant is $4.66.

Now 950 Added as nothing has changed with the company and the sell off seems overdone.
