Michael,

I believe it is and continues to be very difficult to tell where the company really is because the balance sheet continues to change so rampant each quarter with new selling and buying of different parts of DCTC. Last quarter really did not appear great from actual operations, but with the SMTK deal factored in, DCTC showed a good overall EPS. While I know this was explained as startup cost for Cyberfax and DCI UK. WHAT ABOUT THIS QUARTER COMING UP? Will this also happen again when the 3Q results come out this week or will it be obvious that without the deals, CYBERFAX and DCI UK did produce significant revenues with well managed expenses. I believe if we see this type of performance indicated in the balance sheet then the floodgates may open. While to me revenues of a company are great, IMO investors still are very interested to see if the companies management can streamline expenses and show Earnings. While I know others on here believe "REVENUES" are the big ticket, I still feel earnings and more importantly Earning Per outstanding share are what will make a stock go through the roof, especially one on the OTC BB like DCTC.

Hence I believe it is the lack of the above that has kept DCTC from rocketing through all of the recent great news. Just My Opinions, but I think many are still waiting to see significant improved performance even with all the constant change. Hence my belief on this stock as posted three months ago remains long term. So if Joe Murphy can show big progress in Revenues which then corresponds in Net Income and EPS in the near term or within 6 months then I think we will see this bust out. While I realize this all ignores DCTC being sold sometime in the future, I am currently discussing present activities and ongoings. As others post, I am counting on the above and plan to hold my shares long.....
