Funny thing is that China could easily afford the price hike, especially given how weak the ruble is. In fact, thanks to the falling ruble, China is ALREADY getting a discount on RuZZian electricity.

Even so, China isn't st00pid. They know when they're in a strong bargaining position, so they will leverage it as much as they can get away with.
