What the Republicans did yesterday in terms of getting rid of McCarthy as speaker hurt their chances immeasurably in terms of regaining control of the House in 2024.

MAGA supporters, such as lunatics like SDGLA, will support the move, but independents and swing voters don't appreciate civil war or massive discord within the Republican Party.

Since Trump took office, the civil war Republicans have lost the Senate, Presidency and most likely the House again in 2024
