Bill, here's at least one news story talking about the potential for jail time:

And here's another where an expert talks about jail time, but in the context of it being unlikely:

Gag Order in Trump Fraud Case Is Not Surprising, but Consequences Are Unlikely Even If He Breaks It (businessinsider.com)

Either way, they're talking about jail time. Even in the context of it being unlikely, they're talking about it.
