Yes, it's registering a domain name. As far as I can tell, someone reserved the name long ago. Someone in here recognized one of the phone numbers as being in his own area code and was going to call and ask about it, but I haven't seen a reply yet. What I was curious about is why this web site didn't exist until very recently, and whether the owners of the name could shed any light on it. For example, whether or not they're at all related to the company.
