I was reading the comments on Reagan yesterday and it struck me how off the current GOP's position is, as they pretend to still be defense hawks, beating their chests about China and NK and Russia, but then getting terribly upset if anyone actually DOES anything to upset China or NK or Russia. It is the most bizarrely inconsistent position I have seen. How much of it has to do with Trump? He's accepted their help to cheat in an election. He's bent the knee at Helsinki and trusted Putin. He's smeared and tried to leverage Ukraine. He's slammed NATO. It's a post policy cult. Governing is just the stage for a show that has very little to do with it. ??Banana Republican ????ETTD
