Pocotrader, every judge knows that simply issuing a fine to Trump will do nothing. Plus it reinforces the notion that the rich can afford to break laws. Most judges don't like that. Moreover, Trump is practically daring the judges to throw him in jail. Everything he does, everything he says, reflects an attitude of being above the law.
