Nathan, He was very active, far more active than is good for an insider. They are suspect if they do this, as you suspect him.
What gets me is he completely sold out at what was a lower priuce than it went to. I would suspect he sold to his own account offshore so that the profits escapes taxes and he looks good.

Good example for PFG??. He looks like a bread and butter promoter. That type usually have a number of stocks and they go through these cycles at varied times.
