Kenneth, I thank you for your kind words. I will post here whenever I get some time or whenever something strikes me as appropriate for the mental oasis that I would like this thread to be.

You are welcome to contribute. This thread is intended to offer a place for thoughtful rest in what is generally considered a hectic arena known as the stock market. Granted, I can be as outspoken as anyone else, but I also like to regroup and spend some introspective time as well.

Again, Kenneth, thanks for visiting.

Does anyone know why?...

...we spend so much time re-living yesterday, guessing how we should live tomorrow, and never really living today? "Yesterdays" were all "todays" once, and "tomorrows" are all "todays" yet to be.

So if we concentrate totally on all of "nows" in our "todays," the "yesterdays" and "tomorrows" will be much more meaningful and richer for it.

Poem:

I reminisce about the past,
Then worry overcomes me fast.

What yesterday I should have done,
I'll put off 'til tomorrow comes.

I fear to live this moment now,
Chained to past and future's plow.

Can't change, yet I can't stay the same.
I'm lost in time's unending game.

How long before I finally see
That 'now' is where I need to be.
