This is not true, MacOS doesn't has Recycle Bin so does it mean Mac cannot delete the file??? No because Mac's Trash can is equal the Win95's Recycle Bin. Mac doesn't has registry but it does has something to keep track the DLL dependency. The difference is that the registry is under the hood and the user won't see it. OTOH, Win95 has a registry tools to let those who understand the extreme complicate Win95 architecture to play with the system.
