I doubt it. It's just pure political blathering. The only reason they're making noise about building the wall is that their polls are telling them that the vast majority of voters (including plenty of Dems) are fed up with open borders and the vast hordes of illegal alien invaders, criminals and drugs pouring into the country and overwhelming our resources. They're making noise about building the wall, but they'll end up making excuses why it will never get done.

All of these illegal "future Dem voters" suddenly matter less than losing so many current Dem voters over this issue. If the Dems lose their blue, liberal "sanctuary" constituencies, they're screwed as a Party and their powers that be know it.

"Pass the popcorn" is an overworked phrase, but in this case, hand me the carton.. :-)
