Hi all! I am using MS 6.5 and haven't had it very long. I really like the product and feel that it has a LOT to offer. I am also using Reuters for data (and the Downloader). I've heard very mixed opinions regarding the latter. At any rate, when I am trying to retrieve data today, I am receiving the following: "Your historical price request was unsuccessful. Please try again. ID = 800." Upon trying again and again, I receive the same error. I called Reuter's tech support to which I was met with a msg stating that they are closed today in observance of President's day..go figure. Anyone else had this same error msg? What was the resolution? Thanks. -= Russ =-
