<<Does UNIX provide as simple solution to problem as MSFT, ie: RESET BUTTON>> Pretty much, but the great thing about UNIX is that you don't get all those GPF faults etc. At work, I have an NT PC and a Sun Sparc10 ( relatively old Sun technology ). I have to reboot my PC at least 20 times as often as my Sun box. Sometimes, I have to reboot my PC 2, 3 or even 4 times a day, just running regular programs like Netscape and CC:Mail.
