The Democrats counted ‘mail-in ballots’ for Joe Biden for nearly two weeks AFTER Election Day without GOP watchers present. GOP election watchers were blocked from observing ballot counters in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. Joe Biden was eventually declared the ‘winner’ of Pennsylvania.
