As soon as I attempted to upload a video (it uploaded as still image and wouldn't play), I get this email. I'm sure I'm not the only one who finds that creepy. I'm considering uninstalling Techsmith and hope it forgets me. The old way was better but I understand that it's a load on your servers. Hope you find a better alternative.
