Sorry Tech, but these people are not gonna hear a word you say. No matter what they read in SEC filings, or Quantum Securities notices, they still think the float means a $25 million market cap... Quantum sets the market cap at (fully diluted) $75 million. When the news of a $6 million contract arrives at a company that had $400K in sales all of last year, and the stock doesn't go through the roof, its plain to most that something is wrong.
