Companies have three factors which greatly influence their performance: Product (including marketing thereof, etc.), Financial strength, and management.

USWDA has always had a sexy product. No doubt about it. Get a copy of their original POS-50 fact sheet and see if you don't agree. However, they have never been able to sell any significant number of units. They continue to have good announcements, but no financial results.

Part two is they have NO financial strength, and NO management. The biggest financial supporter of the company is the stock-hyper they hired to puff the stock (successfully, I must say.)

The bottom line is simple. If you still like your Betamax, you should love USWDA. However if the fact that for the last three or four years the story has been the same (good technology, big market potential) and there has NEVER been any financial success bothers you, get ready to go short.
