I am really starting to wonder how did the SEC inquiry leak out? Yes, I know it was leaked to the LA daily. But how did they get it? This inquiry would have been routine, triggered by the huge volume, and if it were confidential things would be different. However now that the leak can be traced to someone in the SEC (unless it was someone within baat, which is doubtful). Why is it that the USA Today reporter who went to the Co and did the research was not allowed to write his story? Instead we get this err riddled thing written by Elliot Blair Smith? I am guessing that this investigation will grow.

Now does the SEC have to halt the stock on tuesday? There is an argument for both sides. This Co is not shirking their responsibilities they have been there all weekend (and tell who ever calls that they will be fully compliant). They are preparing to fight. Who are they going to fight? The SEC is just doing what they do; the leak is the only problem there, but it has sent this Co into the tank(who will pay for that?). It may turn out that the SEC helps? If the Co has been honest it will be a good thing.
