The HSI down arrow fires when HSI goes above 88.6 and then falls below it on a bar close.

The HSI up arrow fires when HSI goes below 11.3 and then goes above it on a bar close.

Then it should check back to the top or bottom of the HSI bar. Then the reaction should start within 5 bars.
