Depends on the time frame. It's the bar close the arrow still have to be there.. So a daily bar would not do a intraday, the arrow would fire the instant it went above or below. Then erase in the bar then went below.

Then you wait for the check back, then its on like donkey kong. The blue vert line the arrow fired intraday but the bar didn't close with an arrow. That didn't happen for two more bars.
