Jetform should take over PC DOCS and Kelly becomes the CEO. Balance sheet of the combined co will be pretty good, lots of cash on hand and revenue of about 250-300m a year and with strong management the stock price would be in 20s.

Idle speculation since US markets are closed to-day. Nothing better to do.
