Roger, what area are you in ? The situation is that TCI has to build an infastructure for every market. That means that every Headend needs to be built up to accomidate the transfer of data, Both ways. It is a fairly expensive process, as well as time consuming. After that every line in the system needs to be verified that it is good enough to handle the transfer of data. The markets are popping up all over the place, and will continue to do so for at least the next year.
